The development of AriaSilent puts simplification ahead of all else, demonstrating how the reinterpretation of a system solution already well known to the market can produce a profound innovation.
The same approach guided the engineering of the AriosaHV units, two unprecedented models – available in sizes 170 and 250 m3/h and in a sensitive or enthalpic version – aimed at the residential sector with a set of unparalleled features.
If energy efficiency and operating silence are the main technological requirements of new machines, every design aspect of AriosaHV has reaped years of experience in this field.
Main features
The heat exchanger on the unit offers a wider exchange surface compared to the average of devices on the market, with an efficiency rate that exceeds 90%. The electronic fans with constant flow rate are able to automatically vary the rpm to ensure a constant flow rate across the whole system, irrespective of the air distribution system’s configuration. The new internal geometry ensures the absence of interference and helps – along with the expanded polypropylene casing – to further reduce noise.
The 4 temperature and humidity probes installed on the AriosaHV units (in addition to the one inside the control panel) enable an extremely accurate check of the environmental conditions, and as a result timely management of all operating parameters.
These parameters can be adjusted through the LCD display of the panel or via the app for smartphones and tablets, thanks to the standard-mounted WiFi module. And the guided procedure for first installation (which allows the unit to be configured according to more suitable parameters) helps make readings simple for a very intuitive management of the system.
Simplified maintenance is another feature: compared to many solutions on the market, which use an hour meter to determine the wear of filters, AriosaHV electronically measures the necessity to perform cleaning and maintenance, depending on the effective clogging of the filter, promptly indicating (and only when necessary) the ideal moment to intervene.
Ariosa HV can be easily installed by a single operator: it is light and compact and, thanks to the swivelling connections, there is no need to reposition the machine during installation, open the shell or remove components.
From an installation point of view, AriosaHV units have been designed to streamline operations: they are so light that the procedure can be performed by just one operator, and the compact size (only 21 cm in height) allows their installation in any type of false ceiling or cabinet.
The four independently adjustable connections make it possible to perform connections without having to reposition the machine or open the shell of the unit, and especially without having to disassemble then reassemble components. Inside the machine, the components are positioned in order to facilitate any procedure, as is the frontal terminal box for connections of a battery for post-treatment of the air and control of the units for dehumidification of the environment.
