Here at Valsir we are convinced that training initiatives based on the sharing of experience and knowledge, and on the technical and technological aspects of the products, can offer the participants a solid and defensible advantage over the long term.
This is why Valsir has provided training services for over 25 years and, to this end, founded Valsir Academy in order to foster the professional development of consultants, clients and partners through a broad selection of specific update courses and programmes.
They are mutually beneficial opportunities for exchange that allow those operating in the field to learn skills that are not always easily accessible, and allow the company to maintain its hold on the market thanks to valuable feedback about the product and its applications.
Because in Valsir the future is not improvised, but is built day after day.
Continuous innovation
The structure of the Academy in Vestone
The training premises at our Vestone headquarters were completely modernized in 2014 and include 5 halls with a total seating capacity for over 130 participants. Specifically, these include:
- A multimedia room equipped for video conferences
- A training room specifically designed for planners with installations that demonstrate the key points of the systems created with Valsir products
- A room for training on software specifically developed for the ITS sector, equipped with laptops for participants and a simultaneous interpretation booth
- A conference room which seats 85 people to cater for large groups
The Vobarno logistics and production centre
The production of Valsir waste lines, Pexal and Mixal multilayer pipe and logistics are concentrated here, covering an area of 75,000 square metres. The factory (one of the first in Europe to have obtained class A energy certification) is an example of technological efficiency oriented towards respect for the environment: in fact, 30% of energy requirements are guaranteed by renewable sources and all production phases have been redesigned to eliminate any inefficiency and waste.
Visits to the Valsir production-logistics centre and laboratories are an integral part of most training courses.
How to participate
The various training modules are designed to be flexible and progressive according to the needs of our partners. The courses for installers, both at the company and in the territory, are organised with the collaboration of our retailers and local agents who help to coordinate the participation and objectives of the meetings. The courses for designers are organised with our agencies who are always well-informed on scheduled training events.
In addition, Valsir organises, in cooperation with professional orders and associations, seminars, workshops and online webinars on the most topical issues of interest to the plumbing and heating sector (many of which involve the award of training credits to participants).
