Valsir was founded in Valle Sabbia in 1987, with the aim of providing advanced solutions for the plumbing and heating sector. It is part of the Silmar Group, a holding company with a turnover of more than € 1,500,000,000 and over 3,500 employees.

Over the years, it has developed a strategy projected onto the international market, which has led the company to successfully pursue technological development, the adoption of increasingly exclusive quality standards and constant research activity: the objective of continuous improvement has led to constant growth and has allowed Valsir to achieve a leading position in its reference market.

Our company was born in the midst of nature. We are fully aware that every action we take generates consequences on different levels, and it is from this vision that our commitment stems.

We have long been familiar with the challenges of sustainable development - such as the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050 - as they are part of the path that we at Valsir, together with our sister companies OLI, Marvon and Alba, took almost 15 years ago.

And the reason is simple: there is no point in talking about growth if it is not sustainable over time, and the correct use of the resources we have at our disposal is a key factor in the existence of an economy that can truly generate wealth and profit.

This is why we work on constantly increasing the share of energy from renewable sources in our energy mix, have certified our company according to ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards, and are constantly investing in improving the energy profile of all our plants.
