HDPE is the welding system made up of pipes, fittings and fixtures that will fit any type of installation for waste and rainwater drainage systems.
It is the ideal solution for both above-ground installation (thanks to its UV resistance), underground installation or buried in concrete, thanks to its excellent mechanical properties.
Both pipes and fittings are made of high-density polyethylene, a material which offers outstanding resistance to UV exposure, but also great mechanical and abrasion resistance.
ADVANTAGES OF
THE HDPE SYSTEM
WIDE RANGE
HDPE is available in diameters from DN 32 mm to DN 315 mm and in two thicknesses: SDR 26 and SDR 33.
CHEMICAL AND UV RESISTANCE
The system has a high chemical resistance to dissolved substances in civil and industrial effluents. HDPE can also tolerate exposure to ultraviolet rays.
STABILISATION
Pipes are stabilised during production to prevent the possibility of dimensional variations.
EXTREME TEMPERATURES
HDPE guarantees resistance to discontinuous drainage at temperatures up to 95°C. It is designed to tolerate extremely cold temperatures down to -40°C.
COMPATIBILITY
The HDPE system provides a wide range of interconnection fittings with other drainage systems such as cast iron, PE, PP, PVC.
ECO-SUSTAINABILITY
HDPE is completely recyclable and designed according to the principles of Green Building. Together with Triplus, it is the only drainage system to be awarded the VERY GOOD rating by the prestigious Green Building Council of Singapore.
