The project consists of an office complex comprising a 15-story tower connected to a 6-story podium, covering an area of approximately 28,000 square meters.
With around 350 parking spaces and a strategic location in the heart of the city, the offices quickly attracted the interest of companies such as Deloitte, Dentons, WPP, and Starbucks.
Sustainability was one of the project's core values, as demonstrated by the management of workspaces, high energy efficiency, and integration with the environment, elements that enabled the project to achieve BREEAM certification.
Valsir was chosen for the installation of the drainage systems, utilizing the HDPE system.
