"The Lighthouse" is a prestigious residential tower rising 49 stories high in the Sea Park neighborhood of Bat Yam, 500 meters from the beach. The 194 luxury residential units with sea views are designed for exclusivity and luxury, and the complex also features a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. The project will be completed with the construction of a 6-story luxury hotel adjacent to the tower.
