The building spans 10 floors with a double basement: here, a parking area for approximately 510 bicycles is set up, accessible via a dedicated elevator. Around College Square, a new commercial district is developing, featuring shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The drainage systems of the new building are made of HDPE and Blackfire systems.
