In the Principality of Andorra, the "Tower" is considered one of the most significant architectural projects of the last 25 years. It is a candidate to become one of the most characteristic buildings in the area.
The "Tower" will rise for 19 floors and it will be ready by 2022: the ground floor will house commercial areas and offices, while the upper floors will be reserved for luxury homesm (approximately 80 units in total).
In collaboration with the spanish partner ITALSAN - Valsir has contributed to the realization of a project with the waste system in Triplus and the use of ventilation branch (VBF).
