The project involves the construction of a 39-story tower, housing 258 residential and commercial units and providing a total of 433 beds.

The tower integrates a historically significant building in the King and Queen Street district, and will provide an ideal setting for the development of the student community.
The Triplus range was chosen for the drainage system, installed by Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group.
