The ultra-modern 29-storey tower is located in the centre of Bangkok, and was designed to accommodate different types of offices in an architectural context inspired by sustainability and healthiness. The building is equipped with rainwater harvesting systems, which are reused to cool the rooms.
Each floor is 3 metres high, completely windowed, with a 15 cm raised floor to house the systems that allow each workstation to independently control lighting and air conditioning.
The offices are accessed through a lobby overlooking the gardens on the ground floor, which cover more than 1,000 square metres.
Valsir radiant systems were chosen for the underfloor cooling, with Mixal multilayer pipes.
