The tower built at the Istanbul International Finance Center in Atasehir rises to 59 floors, covering a total area of approximately 350,000 square meters.

The new monumental building, housing the offices of the Central Bank, includes a basement with a garage for 1,100 parking spaces, several halls, foyers, multipurpose rooms, and recreational areas. There is also space reserved for gardens, which will be developed among the glass roofs of the tower.
Blackfire has been chosen to implement the drainage systems of the building.
