The project is based on the redevelopment of approximately 15 hectares of land - a former industrial site for the production of glass bottles - for the construction of a new city district. The aim is to establish a new community, in a context that will include housing, offices, hotels, but also cultural spaces, leisure facilities, shopping and outdoor activities.

The design of the new site is integrated with the surrounding environment to create low-emission, high-efficiency buildings. There are approximately 3,800 new homes, providing accommodation for 9,000 people.

Among the Valsir solutions adopted in the development of the project, we find Blackfire for waste systems, HDPE for rainwater collection systems, and Mixal and Bravopress for water distribution. Once again, this is a choice that puts sustainability first: this is demonstrated both by the certifications of the Singapore Green Building Council and the environmental product declarations (EPD).
