The new residential complex located close to important green areas of the city such as the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, will rise in a strategic location with access to shopping areas, services, bars and restaurants, and will improve the connection between the traditional and developing areas of the neighbourhood with the creation of a new square, bicycle lanes and new roads.
