The range consists of pipe lengths from 250 mm to 3000 mm and features a wide selection of fittings and accessories that allow for a wide variety of system configurations.
From the smallest diameters 40 and 50 mm used to build up branching to floors, all the way up to diameter 250 mm for large drain manifolds.
The range is completed with accessories for connection to other waste systems produced by Valsir and pipe clips with anti-vibration rubber to reduce the vibrations that are transferred to the installation walls when the waste system is in operation.
A broad range of diameters available, from DN 40 mm to DN 250 mm.
Surface mounting of pipes requires the use of suitable brackets that must withstand the weight of the pipe, the weight of waste water and the forces that are generated by expansion and contraction.
Depending on the type of bracketing chosen, guide points and fixed points (or also anchor points of the pipeline) must be provided. However, if the waste system is required to reduce noise then sound reducing brackets with anti-vibration rubber must be provided.
As a complement to the standard range, Valsir also offers the opportunity to manufacture custom-made special items made to suit any specific application, making it even easier to install on board. As an example, a fully welded transport pocket with inspection cover included has been developed with this in mind.
