During the much awaited Desmosedici GP20 presentation, the new “secret weapon” for Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci to tackle the 2020 season, Valsir confirms also for the coming season its support to the Ducati Official Team, restating once again the passion, the enthusiasm and the will to excel which have always inspired these two great companies.
Because, if on one side the new Ducati presented in Bologna promises some “monster” technology and performances with 250 HP on only 157 Kg and a max speed of 350 km/h, on the other side pilots and mechanicals know that heart and brain will make a difference.
Also Dovizioso’s announcement during the event stresses, more than the technical features of the new “creature”, his personal motivation and his focus on achieving results: ”I am very excited about this upcoming season. I started the preparation on mid – december, following a very specific program. […] Mentally we are ready to go. If you work hard good things will happen.“
Also Petrucci is on the same page: “In terms of results 2019 MotoGP season has been my best year so far, I achieved my very first win at Mugello in a phenomenal race in front of the domestic public and the Ducati supporters. That gave me much more confidence and pushes me to better also this year. I know this year our competitors will be even stronger on the track, but I feel the same as well.”
While we are waiting for the first session of the official test in Sepang (February 6th - 9th) the spirit is sky high, and Valsir and Ducati will to work at their best is stronger today more than ever.
