That's why, besides visiting the plant of Vestone, the students of the Polivalente Institute of Idro had the opportunity to talk to some company managers from different departments: sales, marketing, technical, R&D and with the plant management.
We wanted to convey to the students how strategic is for companies today to have the right people, at the right place. Among the most requested soft skills: the attitude to be "citizens of the world" and consequently the necessary knowledge of foreign languages, primarily English of course; “openmindedness” as well as flexibility and dynamism; but also technical skills, such as professional use of IT tools, today more and more present also in plant manufacturing.
But the most important thing is to find out one’s own way, through a profession that is truly a passion. Because to achieve success you need to love what you do.
