Floor-level shower trap with wall installation
A new simple product has joined the Valsir range.
It is a wall-mounted trap, ideal for both renovations and new installations, which can also integrate condensation drainage from the air conditioning system.
It is the only wall-mounted shower trap available in two different models, with 30 mm or 50 mm hydraulic seal, to suit all types of installations.
The special connection for the air conditioning system prevents unpleasant smells from returning.
The trap is fully inspectable to make cleaning and maintenance as easy as possible.
X-Wall can be installed in all wall types and in prefab MFV systems. It will make your shower modern, seamless and safe.
Excellent flow rate: X-Wall30 = 0.6 l/s (36 l/min) X-Wall50 = 0.8 l/s (48 l/min) (average discharge of a shower 15 l/min).
Excellent smell resistance: X-Wall30 = 290 Pa (200 Pa required) and X-Wall50 = 430 Pa (400 Pa required)
Possibility of water discharge connection either on the right or left side according to installation requirements.
Integrated condensation drainage of air conditioning system.
The trap is supplied with a pre-assembled waterproofing sheet and lugs for attachment to the brackets.
Body of trap made of ABS for improved sticking to seals.
Stainless steel grid, polished or satin-finished, adjustable to match your bathroom design and wall covering thickness
X-Wall50 complies with the requirements set out in EN 274 and EN 1253-1.
A single model covering three different types of installation: masonry walls, plasterboard walls and walls with Valsir MFV system.
X-Wall is equipped with a Ø 32 mm connection that can accommodate condensation drainage from air conditioning/dehumidification systems.
Because of the wall trap configuration, this drain is completely isolated from the shower drain.
This eliminates any possible backflow of unpleasant smells into the environment.
