We believe it is more effective to open the company’s doors to visitors, creating a special internal exhibition: a formative path on an exhibition area of 1,200 sq. m., a conference room, a restaurant and, included in the day, the visit to the factory, in order to be able to appreciate the company’s production in first person.
The evaluation is based on a strategic choice: focusing on the quality rather than the quantity of the contacts as well as on the relationship between company, customer and plumber, in the course of a whole day, and not only in few minutes, dedicated to know our reality and our products.
Moreover, this project is part of a path of excellence which has been characterizing the company for years and which is articulated in three main directions:
Corporate Social Responsibility, which sets the bases for a new company awareness and mainly focuses on its main interlocutors: first of all customers and plumbers.
Valsir Academy, the cutting-edge training structure which provides more than 5,000 professionals per year with technical training both in the Valsir headquarters and all over the world.
Pursuing quality standards of excellence in the development of new products and in the continuous amelioration of the existing range.
