Valsir is (bim) ready

VALSIR goes BIM, the planning process able to improve planning, construction and management of buildings.

Following the industry transition to digital building modelling, Valsir has created a first set of Revit Families that will be constantly implemented.

Valsir waste systems and flush system families are now available online, from the waste systems range Triplus and the flushing system Tropea S.

A “BIM oriented” design offers extraordinary competitive advantages: higher efficiency and productivity, fewer mistakes, less dead time, fewer costs, more possibilities of co-working, maximum information sharing and a more precise and coherent control of planning.

Valsir has grabbed the essence of this system, creating a series of Revit models and applications, especially developed to be used easily and quickly.

Triplus families are characterised by useful automatized models that guarantee an easy and fast design process. These families help the designer with automatized waste system design since models feature particular design and complex formula that allow simple planning with fewer families and less pipe routing preferences, allowing to reduce the number of families used and speeding up the process.

Tropea S families are characterised by a set of editable parameters that allow the designer to fit them in their own project, such as height from the floor, waste pipe length and angle, in-wall depth and push plates selection.

All Valsir families show a set of properties such as technical and commercial information.

Families can be downloaded from our website at: www.valsir.it/bim-en
