Tips & tricks Silvestro
In our August newsletter we explained how the style of polylines can be personalised in designing the circuits of a floor heating system. Similarly, using the “Component appearance” section in the “Project options” window, many other graphical settings can be modified, for examples, the tags used for rooms, floor heating, radiators and other components. But how do we save all of these changes so that they can be used in future projects? We will now explain a few concepts that are also useful for the T and S modules of the Valsir Silvestro planning suite.

New Silvestro 4.8
An important development will soon be made available to all users of Valsir Silvestro: the Valsir team of engineers gives a preview of the new functions that will be included in the next edition of the program, which, in particular, concern the S module dedicated to the design of plumbing systems. From the complete materials list, including fittings for waste and drainage systems, to the dimensioning of rainwater drainage systems, the latest developments are of great interest and make the designer’s job even faster and more simple. The intense work carried out has resulted in a newly revamped and enhanced Valsir Silvestro; the following is a preview of some of its new functions.

Valsir waste systems
VALSIR has been producing waste and drainage systems for over twenty years and over time the wide range of products has evolved and been enhanced with articles that meet all project requirements. In order to satisfy the demands of even the most modern systems, Valsir has developed four product lines.
The waste and drainage system in electro-fusion high density polyethylene (HDPE) is characterised by an excellent resistance to a vast range of chemical products and by the possibility to drain effluents at a temperature as high as 95°C.
