The on-going relationship with Customers enables the Valsir Technical Support Department to monitor and intervene directly in a series of situations: ranging from the presentation of new products (seminars in Italy and abroad, promotional open days, trade fairs and conference exhibitions), to the disclosure of techniques and instruments; from the solution of problems relating to product installation (direct technical support interventions, the preparation of maintenance manuals for the articles), to checking the installation operations of spare parts. The technicians employed by Valsir support the Customer throughout the world. The close contact with the sales network enables Valsir technicians to establish highly profitable relationships with Customers, providing every possible clarification concerning the use of Valsir products.
